So by the pics that were taken I found the web site for Geo source and I took this from there website . I think they are there installing the geo thermal system first , and once that is done they will begin the full excavation .

I get the downgrade angst but looking at the renders for the first time since last year i think with good materials the profile and texture will help it exceed expectations even if it doesn't impress.

It's the podium that concerns me the most. It looks like the podium of Riverain in Vanier, which came out looking like a pile of hot steaming doggy doo doo.

going off the September 5th devapp I think the brick and glass look fine . Unless they build it with all grey panels comparisons to that podium are a worst case scenarion. That being said, getting rid of the slight breaking up of panels on the north side is really getting to me. How much money could that possibly save?
