Went to check, and the five ones right by 93 Ave were in the process of being boarded up and fenced off.

It can't be Dr Demo because this permit is for Prairie Demolition Ltd.

They are boarded up. A former resident posted a few photos on Reddit.

I have asked when the second building will finish construction, and they said it is projected to finish by this July, with tenants...
