St. Laurent is a fairly busy mall, and I wouldn't exactly say that The Bay is packed with people whenever I'm there.

Incredible! Always great to have more music venues in the city. Would be interesting to see a list of official capacities of the various small to mid-sized music venues we have. Thinking of things in the range of Bronson Centre, NAC auditoriums, Algonquin, etc.

Not that it precludes further intensification, but all three areas in blue (Golden Triangle, Centretown, West Centretown/Chinatown) and then Sandy Hill in purple have a fair amount of multi-unit buildings throughout. So while the vertical density isn't there, it's not like they're all single...

What's the latest with the Booth Street Complex? Feel like we haven't seen movement on that in a while either
