More like 35 minutes on average, or likely within 20 mins at night time around 9 or 10 pm when I would usually go.

Great shots everyone! What I’m looking forward to are the row of smaller shops on the east side that will hopefully attract cafés/bodegas.

The architects were pushing hard to try and outdo Amsterdam Towns on the amount of design materials to cram in here.
