Good news for Lanterra here: 60% of Building 3 sold, as well as substantial completion of sales on Buildings 1 & 2.

Yeah, driven by several times back in Nov/December. Tough spot to just stop and get pics with the construction along Eglinton as well...

I couldn't get a photo as I was driving by, but the whole site is shored and they're between P1 and P2 on the excavation here.

Drove by at night time and the western-most portion of the overall site is now working on the 2nd level above ground forms.
