You can already see the curved balcony glass on the lower level. So it’s safe to say we’ll see that same glass throughout

This cladding is beautiful! I absolutely love it. I was wondering how shiny it would be, and it is just like the renders. *chef's kiss*

It appears they are finally starting to add new cladding panels. (See red boxes below) Very exciting. Really adds a nice design element...
