Ya I called this way back when they first entered into protection. No way they weren't going to renegotiate/terminate pre-sale agreements, the math just didn't work with COVID cost increases and its way too luxury for a rental conversion.
I am pretty sure the townhome project just south of these lots is dead in the water. Fingers crossed we see someone buy the land and propose something better.
I drive by this to work all the time, it is some heavy duty equipment in there and with guys working. I think it's a go for Tower A based off where they have it fenced.
