The Properties Group has submitted a Site Plan Control application to permit the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building on the subject property. The mixeduse building will be comprised of commercial units on the ground floor and 58 residential units above. The latest zoning permits 9 storeys.
Gym and retail on ground floor. Rooftop amenity space. I'm assuming these will be rental units since it's the Properties Group building it.
