I think those orange things are jack posts holding up the balconies, maybe to hold the extra weight of the construction elevator there. But, looking back at the renderings does show there is supposed to be an orange coloured trim on one side of the building, similar to the white one that's there now.

They are 100% just orange jack posts, I had a look yesterday. Still no sign of any orange trim.

The staging area where the next two towers are planned has been completely cleared. It seems apparent we won't see another tower break ground any time soon, unfortunately.

I'm pretty happy with the final result. It's nicer than the average suburban CharcWhite, that's for sure.

The tower portion is extremely plane, but I'll take plane over messy or mismatched any day.

I've said it before, but a little more splash of orange on the tower, and maybe even the Luxo, would have gone a long way. Overall all not a bad design. Just plainer than I was hoping.
