Someone mentioned on Rail Fans Canada Discord that they should have made a pedestrian cut-through between Place d'Orléans Drive and Brisebois to reduce the walk between the train and Orléans Town Centre. Area on the mall side is very pedestrian hostile, but that could have been a step in making it less so.

There's the multi-tower complex near Petrie Island, a lot of 4-5 storey mid-rises going up just south of Innes, a 5-storey retirement home north of Place D'Orleans, and a handful of smaller infills here and there. There was also another multi-tower proposal for 265 Centrum Blvd. that hasn't gone anywhere yet.

Ok, so none of the high-rise projects by the train, Petrie's Landing aside since it's been going up bit by bit for two decades, so it's not entirely "new".

Almost everything presented. I'm still disappointed by where Orléans is headed, but Surburb do what suburb want (uneconomical unlivable developments)
