The developer is called "Parisian"? Have they ever been to Paris? Cause this ain't it, in particular, the acres of asphalt.

Though there me be acres of asphalt, I am glad that this is a development with transit in mind. Not TOD yet, but hopefully soon.

A new lit path is being constructed directly from this development to the Allumettieres Park & Ride station, which will be the future terminus of the tram.

Update. There are no signs of on-site prefabrication of wall panels for the next phase yet.

This is the first excavation I have seen in my life where they just piled all the bedrock next to the hole to deal with later.

Might be for crushing stone on site or just a dumb idea lol

A full blown crane went up this week in the massive excavation that looks more suitable for 10+ floors. They build the first two buildings with those little portable mini cranes. There are no prefab panels lying on the ground like there was for the first two buildings. I'm 95% sure something else of traditional construction is going up here, not more identical 6 story prefab midrises.

Just an absolutely massive hole in the ground now, with a huge crane. This is nothing like the first two prefab buildings.
