The Council of the City of Ottawa passed By-law 2025-478 on December 10, 2025, under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
"The application is to rezone the subject property from from “Arterial Mainstreet,
Subzone 1 (AM1) Zone” to “Arterial Mainstreet, Subzone 1, Urban Exception 3075) (AM1[3075])” in the City of Ottawa Zoning By-law
The proposed zoning will facilitate the construction of a new 50-storey mixed-use building."
