Outside of the Sens rink is any aware of any other project in the works for the area.

Four blocks of the Flats District has been awarded. The developer is currently working with the NCC and the City on infrastructure for the area.

That's it for now. Someone at the NCC told me that the lot across the library (old Slater) is next to be auctioned off and will include a Francophone high school.
