I actually love what Claridge did with this tower. The name at the top kind of ruins the perfectness of it, but overall, a solid solid addition. I think they move onto their newest tower next to the Icon right? That one is going to be a huge addition.

I think they would want new 50 floor building to open around the same time the hospital is done.

Makes sense then. Wrap up other projects this year, get the groundwork going and then start on it in late 2026 or 2027 then. If it's anything like this or Lebreton, I'm going to be super happy

I did notice that the construction elevator came down this week, and that the interior is about a third of the way done. Let's hope they pick it up
