I can actually see the very tips of these towers coming in on the 417 west at St. Laurent mall. Didn't know they would be that visible!

Yeah, it's pretty cool. And they are far enough behind the CBD (because of the angle) that they really stand out and create a new "peak" to the skyline. I need to try and take a pic next time I'm not driving.

I’ll throw another angle into the mix, from the museum of nature:

Interesting background audio on that video, it triggered my ASMR 🤣
He posted a first one with limited noise, and a second one with better audio. Nice change from the nearly silent videos earlier on.

Those are some nice drone shots. Looking from above makes me dislike the placement of the technical school even more :( could've done some really interesting things with that space

The school and then a block of heritage buildings. Some really quite nice.

The 60s addition of Ottawa Tech, along with the gym and parking, are still fantastic opportunities for redevelopment.

Tech Wall park needs a major overhaul. Right now it's just grass (well loved by dog owners). Could do so much more with it. The Laurier section has community gardens that seems well used.

The entire shroud has been moved now on the taller tower, so we can see that full angle, and now the shorter tower is getting topped out as well.

Here's a full skyline view I posted on the skyline thread from LeDroit. Seems to be from within the last week.

Wowie. Awesome posts everyone. Odenak is arguably more impactful on the skyline than Icon. This is without a doubt.. as previously discussed the most photograph project on here or SSP history in regards to viewing angles. Loving the shots from Quebec. Can't do that with Icon in the same way.
