Yeah, so I was meaning the old parking garage because it's attached to Rideau, but instead of just being a parking garage, I'd love to see what CF could create in terms of another tower with like 4-5 levels of underground parking instead.

I was wondering if something new could come in at 3 Daly, but it seems difficult. The DND lot is a pipedream to redevelop but I don't see DND moving anytime soon. But these were the areas in red that I was thinking about for developing the area a bit more:

According to uOttawa, the stewart parking should be redeveloped by 2032. More info on the General Rumour Thread.

It has an interesting blue glow at night time due to the SAW art centre across the road with the digital board of eyes on it's roof.

When stopped at the light heading West on Daly at Nicholas the eyes reflect directly and perfectly onto the glass wall of a single unit directly opposing. It looks like the screen is actually on that unit's wall. That's going to have to change before occupancy haha.

Balconies look amazing.

The southern portion of the podium looks a bit peculiar. Like its the face of a school or some civic type of building. I don't dislike it. Just saying it stands out.

Man those are some nice balconies right there. Not sure it'll make up for the shoe box it's attached to, but I appreciate the effort!
