Forgot this was Colonnade Bridgeport. Possibly the most active developer in Ottawa right now.

Pardon the rain drops obscuring the view. I was surprised to see a building going up in this area until I remembered that this project existed.
This along with Claridge's 'Landmark' tower will anchor a nice little skyline here.

Looks like they went with cinder blocks to fill in the walls of the podium structure. Curious how well preserved the old facade is. Looking back on the start of this post that is a handsome little building. Hopefully the transition goes well.

Crane is down and brick has started. Was hoping the buff brick was going to a be a little less uniform and more varied, but still looks decent
