It is proposed to construct a three-storey personal service facility on the Subject Site. The
proposed use includes a spa with accessory outdoor amenity areas and personal service
buildings located west of the main spa building. The main personal service building will include a
restaurant. The Subject Site will be accessed via a driveway off Solandt Road.

I'm sure it will be extremely successful, and there is definitely enough business to go around considering how busy Le Nordik has become. I wonder where we would be for nordic spas per capita with Huma, Koena, Amerispa, Le Nordik, and SerenVita. Probably top in the Western Hemisphere.

Very nice. I am excited to see the continued diversification in the tech park area. Shame it wont have some sort of LRT for the foreseeable future. BRT will hopefully be sufficient if they ever get around to building it.

Omg I am SO EXCITED FOR THIS!!! This is a huge addition!!!!!
I love Koena and Nordiq. This is amazing. I am honestly really happy to see this coming on the Ottawa side. A great addition, for sure.
