Hi there,

I purchased a condo in the last tower (Edge Towers/Solmar) and they have provided a new and updated occupancy date of Jan 30th 2026. I was supposed to get it this October 2024. Based on your expertise and research on both the first two tower developments, do you think the new occupancy date they have provided me is accurate or do you think there will be further delays.

Drum, I think your photos are very good. I'm one of those who wander the streets whenever I am in the city, - it drives my wife nuts for sure, watching me watching big holes in the ground, etc. Regarding the city view from the Bathurst St bridge, although I have hundreds of " Toronto " pictures with my deceased parents , I don't know about the specific one we're talking about. I know there were postcards of this subject and there must be some extant. I will look through my collection . Let you know. Keep up with the amazing photos. Thanks. Frank
