    They are fully excavating the footprint of the 23s tower, as we've all suspected. I wonder if they'll roll right into that along with or after the hotel addition. What would they do otherwise? Cap the garage and fence it off? Surface parking?

    The second phase is coming along nicely. I love the bridge connecting the two phases. This is one of the most unique midrise developments in the region, somewhere between the average and Agora. It's great to see the commerical component in an area that had none.

    It's an odd one for sure. The shapes of different materials seem disjointed and random. I get a 'stack of shipping containers' vibe from it like I do from that newest tower on the Quebec shore of Zibi.

    There are a couple of CLC excavators sitting on the site of Phase 2, makes me wonder, because there doesn't seem like anything else is left to excavate for Phase 1.... 🧐

    I wonder what kind of ground it is that it only needs a little shotcrete on one wall while being excavated. Looks like we'll see the tower crane very soon.
