TCU is so weird with their midrises. This one has a concrete first floor and wood on 2-6, the one on Cyrville is completely steel framed, and the one on Cummings is completely concrete.

Wow. I have been doing this for years at Westgate 🤣 This is where the testing is being done Right around here, so maybe they will build this tower first and Shoppers will become standalone for a while and they will rip out the middle of the mall between Shoppers and Bitheads.
