    But the Renaissance will still stand out as the tallest in the Downtown core due to the elevation difference from Dream. It is also nice to see that a 36 floor tower could become the 7th tallest in this City. Things are looking up for Ottawa finally.

    I agree. I miss having the beer store next to the addictions clinic. It was a one stop shopping plaza that's for sure!

    Yes, I know your red arrows are pointing at a drip edge. Again, the drainage gap is between the balcony slab edge and cladding.

    I am not sure exactly what you mean, but balconies don't have drainage piping. The residential balconies here as most buildings do, have a slight slope and the water drains between the balcony slab edge between the face cladding. The step backs above the amenity space where the pool is, have...

    Roof top is indeed only for the renters. The only shared space is the 17th level that has the pool, gym, & general amenity spaces.

    That would be awesome but just imagine the residents having a BBQ, sunbathing, and then a group of ten people come in with cameras lol. What could have been done is dedicate a day each month for public access, but that won't happen for this building.
