Yup, Marathon has been site drilling the last few days. Likely further testing on soil and bedrock depth. They are the shoring contractor for this project.

I've heard that they have a few prospective (exciting) tenants lined up but I'm guessing the tenants want a bit more of a critical mass of residents before opening.

As someone who consistently advocates for more development and density, this shouldn't be taller than 6-8 storeys.

If Project1 got every RLA project, this city would be a better place. 🤷‍♂️

The lack of doors at grade is a huge negative for me (specifically at the SE corner). I understand they want a grocery store here which won't want to have doors everywhere, but it's going to kill any potential street activation.

Drove by this the other day. The light grey facade area looks bad. It just looks like concrete block.

I don't have the same feeling as many others.. I think this is going to be amazing.
