Agreed, although I worry that small projects like this, which aren't particularly useful in terms of cross town travel, could prevent bike lanes from being justified on better routes like Gladstone. Nice to see a raise crosswalk at the bank intersection, hopefully this becomes the norm on bank.

Wasn't able to grab a pic, but it looks like the stairwell on the south side of the building is lit with red lights, which creates a red lighting feature of sorts at night that runs the whole height of the building - looks pretty good!

Looks like the perforated brick feature was value engineered out for painted metal beams:

iirc with this one they were going to pull off and save the facade during demolition then rebuild it with the rest of the tower
