I noticed they've been adding lots of metal brackets on the front facade and have started framing the curved wood sections on the ground floor, I imagine it won't be long until we start to see the stone and wood elements

Really nice build on O’Connor near Lansdowne. Thought it might be multi-unit at first but it’s just a SFH. Could be yours for only 3.1m!

I went by today as well and I think this may be insulation - looks like there's still some depth left on the ledges for masonry when looking up from the base. You can also see the same coloured material behind the brick on the podium. I imagine you're still right about what the final colour will...
