I wonder if they will go straight into the highrises after this wraps up. It's so awesome seeing all this affordable housing going up in the area, and very high quality builds...a place people will be proud to call home.

Thank you! When was the last time we got a Minto highrise? Lansdowne? Westboro? I think they have built both of their awesome midrises in New Edinburgh since the last highrise. Say what you want about their singles and towns, but they never disappoint on their midrise and highrise builds!

They will completely strip it to the concrete then break it up piece by piece and hoist the debris down, then they'll use an excavator once it gets low enough.
