Yes it is the Delta which is a Marriott brand.

That blueskin has passed it maximum exposure time and will need to be replaced prior to the cladding being done. Hopefully they actually do it.

It is only a Mechanical Penthouse. All amenities are on the 3rd floor terrace and inside on the 3rd level which includes a golf simulation room. That is pretty cool!

Yea it is their worst showing by far. You have the best looking project in Ottawa being done by them at the 400 Albert Releve site, and then you have this.

But the Renaissance will still stand out as the tallest in the Downtown core due to the elevation difference from Dream. It is also nice to see that a 36 floor tower could become the 7th tallest in this City. Things are looking up for Ottawa finally.

I agree. I miss having the beer store next to the addictions clinic. It was a one stop shopping plaza that's for sure!
