This is the first excavation I have seen in my life where they just piled all the bedrock next to the hole to deal with later.

Interesting new renders on Heafey's website. They still describe it at a twin 15s project, but I'm seeing twin 31s towers here. Maybe they are pulling a sneaky like they did at We/3?

Very very nice. I still laugh every time I see the Rideau Centre parking garage where they never bothered to install the decorative steel bars between the fins 😆

Are you saying they want to connect 360 (empty)/368 Slater (Appletree) and 453 Laurier (empty) into one L shaped lot? If so, that would be a great lot for a new tallest in the CBD.
