    O-Train East-West Line 1 & Line 3

Some progress on the new Blair elevator; they boxed-in the corner. They've been at this since September and it feels like they've only done three weeks worth of work; the site office in September, elevator pit in February and now this.

    Alto High Speed Rail

Champagne recused himself from anything related to Alto even though the integrity commissioner said he didn't have to. She has relevant experience for the job. It's a nothing burger.

And Paris was razed to build up the uniformity we have today. As someone who places great importance on heritage, I prefer having tall buildings in certain key areas in order to preserve as much of the pre-war building stock as possible. If you limit your city to 6 or 8 floors, the more will...

New Ottawa Civic Hospital | The Ottawa Hospital | HDR

Report on the Civic Hospital link to Dow's Lake Station. https://pub-ottawa.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=308585 Good news is, they picked the underpass and have a future proofed design. Bad news is, they won't do anything beyond improving the crosswalk for a very long...

    YOW Alt Hotel | ?m | 7s | Le Germain | LemayMichaud Architecture Design

It's not just one more hotel next to the airport, it's the first one directly connected to the airport. Not having to take the shuttle (pack up, wait, tip the guy), it's much easier to just walk into the airport. Ottawa does have some international flights. That number keeps going up and...

    The Docks at Mooney's Bay | 3071 Riverside Dr. | 5x3s + 2x6s | Canoe Bay | Hobin + Jaqueline Green

Quite nice. I much prefer traditional gable roof lines over flat roofs when it comes to smaller scall developments like this.
