Does anyone have an intel on when this is going to get started? It was speculated as spring 2025 awhile ago and we are not about to enter the summer season.

Wondering if some big projects might be put on hold with the slow down in immigration and the threat of tariffs in 2025? I hope this proceeds. Great to see towers rise along the Queensway. Would be interesting to see future comparisons in demand for housing units between 2023 and 2025
