I tend to agree. I think they've actually done a quite good job overall with what they had to work with. I think this is going to be an improvement for our city.

The hole for the third tower seems to be progressing very slowly.... but it's progressing.

That's a bit unfair. Suburban pockets of Gatineau are usually nicer than that :)
