Very true, but it is shocking what they are building in prime "lookout" like location and just couple meters away from all those spectacular houses on Davidson Dr. and all those terrasses in Rothwell Heights.

Makes you wonder if these developer don't travel or they just want to build cheap. There is so many great looking buildings that would catch your eye, and make people want to visit. Shameful what they approve to build in this city :(
