They are being taken private, if I'm making a random guess they might have had some problems with so much development and tax code. You might see this ressurected if they separate the rental and development arms.
 
I reached out to CLV on an update and got this reply:

We truly value your interest and understanding. Please feel free to follow up for an update in Q1 of 2026. Our hope is to have a better understanding of the timeline by then.

I appreciate how responsive they are. Hopefully some progress is made in 2026.
