From Colonnade BridgePort's FB:

Although it was bittersweet for staff to vacate our 100 Argyle Avenue office earlier this month, the entire organization is thrilled to be embarking on the site’s redevelopment journey to create ARTEFACT on Argyle - a 127-unit boutique residential tower.

Across the street from Ottawa’s historic Canadian Museum of Nature, ARTEFACT on Argyle, designed by RLA Architecture SA, will integrate existing heritage features with a modern urban design.

Stay tuned for the evolution of this exciting redevelopment... Coming soon to the heart of Centretown!

Is it brick? In the renderings it looks more like a stone facade, whether real or pre-cast. The documents just refer to "masonry."

Pretty confident it will be brick. I've never seen buff with pre-cast.

You're correct. It's plainly marked on the drawings filed with the city, which I failed to read carefully. They're shooting for something similar in colour to the museum. Some manufacturers I found online show ochre/buff samples with a mix of shades rather than a uniform colour, which seems to be indicated in the rendering above.

Wow, fantastic! This looks like one of the better RLA designs and it will really help to bulk up the 417 corridor. This, the Brigil monster build, Claridge's 'signature building', Gladstone Village, Minto's Isabella building, and a handful of others are really going to pull some gravity from the tabletop core.
