I do like the overall look and materials, but Gatineau mid-rises are absolutely massive. Not the best from an urban fabric perspective.

This is not something unique to Gatineau. I find that the ones in Quebec City are identical. Monolithic fairly good quality designs

Seems to be a Quebec thing. We see a lot of that in the Montreal area as well, Griffintown being a good example.

We didn't get the height, but the project just screams of quality like most new Gatineau midrise projects.

This one turned out quite well. They were able to do a quality pivot after the NIMBYs killed their previous proposal.
