Definitely. It seems that one of the realtor websites shows the land as conditionally sold so i’m hopeful this is something serious.I saw the pylons that were put up recently, but have never seen any activity like this. That site has been such a waste for 25 years - it's crazy to me that it can make economic sense to sit on it for a quarter century. If nothing else, they should have turned into greenspace.
Hopefully this means that something is afoot, though I have never seen a proposal for the site - just the for sale sign. Perhaps the owner has decided to remediate in hopes of selling it.
