Awesome. Can we have some more Urban Capital in Ottawa, please??? They seem to have mostly forgotten about us since East Market/Central/Mondrian.
This is the developer of M City in Mississauga, the exact type of project I would love to see at Lebreton or Tunney's if this city could get it's head out of it's ass.

Uhgggggg... that South facing blank wall is absolutely horrid. Very disappointed, because the rest of the building will be quite nice.

Guess they assume it'll get covered up whenever something goes in at the corner of florence and bank?

Wow nice to see the progress on this one! And yes, there's already another development (with similar look) approved? for that corner so as long as they start construction relatively soon we shouldn't see that blank wall for very long.

This is also not the finished condition, there will be cladding going up on that wall and then as the posts above mentioned, it will get covered up when the adjacent property develops. What else should they have done here?
It will probably look something similar to this facade from a project by the same architecture firm in Toronto.
