This project is basically Claridge Moon 2 : Electric Bugaloo. Just a rehashed NEUF design.

Although it's a tired design downtown, it might be a welcome change for this area of Kanata where Lepine copy pasted a dozen of the same beige pre-cast towers.

The fields along the highway running east from this one are all slated for up to 30 floors, so hopefully this will eventually be one project in a line of taller towers blocking that horrid Lepine Precast City behind.
