Sitting at 30 floors as of today

I came in to the city from the East on the 417 today and couldn't believe how prominent this is getting now. Still 6 floors to go including the penthouse (that seems to have an amenity space based on the renders).

This building really needs some friends. Hopefully the next tower (s) start right after and/or the neighbouring developments
