Oh wow hadn't even noticed they had started installing windows! Looking forward to seeing the progress on this one (and the accompanying realignment of Slater/Albert).
The Library, the Albert-Slater rebuild and Dream Towers will be transformational for an area that's been absolutely dreadful for 60 years. Hoping OCH gets moving on their project between the Library and Dream within 2 years to finish up that side of the street.

That top floor will take a long time to reach it's final form, but so far so good!
The roof is really taking shape now! It's amazing to see!
