The white turned out looking nicer in person than I expected. But I think I am not a huge fan of black cladding in general and on this building. Don't really like how it looks on the first floor of nearby Azure either.
If they had done red brick instead of the black, it would have looked great. Even charcoal brick would have been a bit better.

I'm inclined to agree. The white up top looks clean and slick but with the black underneath its a bit to sterile and hyper modern.
