I wonder if this will be precast like the Taggart buildings at Centrepointe, or if it will be brick like the first Westgate tower...

I like seeing taller, modern (if basic) towers added to these old towers in a park(ing) complexes. Too bad they rarely include a little retail.
This really changed the vibe of the area! Still zero cladding/glazing , yet I saw kitchen cabinetry being delivered this morning. They seem to be working away on the lower floors behind the tarped wall.
Great addition to the area. I like seeing modern towers added to clusters of 60s/70s commie blocks.

Wouldn't call it an "exciting" new building, but a decent addition considering the area.
I just drove by, didn't have time for a pic. The cladding is going up. The tower is all nasty dark grey precast panels like the podium of Riverain.
Disappointing, but not as offensive as a prominent spot like Vanier.
Some details of the cladding. White stone for the podium, and nasty looking precast panels for the tower. This one is definitely making my Blight list.
