True, but why not some clean boring old light beige like the towers behind it (post reclad)? Why does everything have to be black and white in the West end?!?

It's... a building. 
I was hoping for something modern, even if relatively plain, to contrast with the older towers, but they really managed to match the USSR vibe of the others. Doesn't help that they commi-block-efied the older towers by removing the red brick.
