Trinity!? They were responsible for killing LeBreton Arena 1.0 AND built Story of Rideau. They fell to the bottom with Ashcroft years ago for me.
I like what Trinity is building at Island Park, but I think that's their only ongoing project in Ottawa?
The design seems decent, but we'll see once cladding starts going up. They proposed something pretty great on Rideau too until we started seeing it go up and quickly realized it would be a disaster.

Probably one of the top five nicest towers to go up in Ottawa in the last few years. I look forward to seeing the balcony glass completed to the top and the crane dismantled.
Too bad we can't see the balcony effect from a distance. Sort of like Azure Westboro, you have to be close to fully appreciate it.

This big glass podium also gives the tower quite an impact at street level, at least compared to other Ottawa projects
