Windows are up on the middle section. They dont have the vertical lines like on the towers. The glass also appears to be frosted and of a different tint than the towers

It looks like the glass from Les Terrasses!!
Yeah, it's like there was a mix-up or something.

I got closer and the windows are not frosted, it's just plastic on the inside. They do have vertical lines but it's a different pattern than what's on the towers. The tint does look more like what's on Terrasses

I think it looks great so far, but I'm curious what Raymond Moriyama would think were he still alive!!!
Did Raymond Moriyama design it? And was Campeau the builder (only read that once)? I know Campeau built Terrace (and of course Place de Ville).

I think he would say "Why aren't they replacing the split-faced concrete block at all the stairwells while they're here doing all this work? They're clearly in rough shape and will probably fall apart in the next couple of years, requiring additional construction mobilization, disruption to the tenant/client and all sorts of additional headaches!!"
