That one will always be a mystery to me. They have the capital, and the site prep has already begun. Maybe they had planned to build it but uncertainty about the economy, high cost of materials, fluctuations in interest rates, and a looming federal election with possible benefits for developers on the horizon during the construction of phase 1 caused them to hold back until the dust settles.Claridge builds multiple towers so often, I was very surprised when they didn't both LeBreton Ascent towers at once.
