Really hoping for the red brick podium version, but both are an improvement from the earlier rendering submitted to the city.

What do you think has been improved? Other than the quality of rendering.
Depends which version we get. If it's the first one hoggy posted, the red brick podium is a huge improvement. Keeping the charcoal to the sides also helps. That version looks the most like the last version sent to the City (that we know of).
If it's the second one hoggy posted, it's a whole lot more glass. Top is a but more distinct from the tower. The charcoal and white have a bit more of a break between thanks to those last few floors of full length balconies on the charcoal side.
Ideally we'd get the second version, but with a red brick podium.
Almost at grade. This one is so slow.
At grade. Columns of the first floor are sticking out.
