the podium balcony guards (railings) are clear anodized aluminum which will be grey. i have seen a photo of the mock-up of these and i think you all will be very excited. they are unlike anything in ottawa.

yep the facade facing the river is definitely a miss for me.

And that gets directly added to the cost of units.

The brick on block 1 is almost done on the St Joseph side.

man i really don't know about this... it's unique, sure but it is also overly busy and does not look well detailed. it is not a nice counterpart to the other buildings along confederation boulevard.

They are actually forming level 10 in your image! And the ground floor heights on both towers are the same. You might be getting confused because there is a partial floor on each tower (was originally a mezzanine). That floor is where most of the bike parking is.

so where is the "front door" from the street going to be for this?
