If this goes in 2026 along the tower by Lees that's U/C, the 24s tower by Bell St., and Minto's tower on the other side of the highway, we will have a nice start to the future Queensway skyline.

Workers have already returned to the short building, and I can see a lot of fitting out happening on the lower floors of the main tower.

When stopped at the light heading West on Daly at Nicholas the eyes reflect directly and perfectly onto the glass wall of a single unit directly opposing. It looks like the screen is actually on that unit's wall. That's going to have to change before occupancy haha.

I prefer the huge Arnon site that's on (seemingly eternal) hold in the middle of Little Italy. I remember in the most recent interview that the owner is going back to the drawing board, but is still looking to include grocery.

I haven't been in since it first opened. I imagine it will be a lot busier when the new units in We/2 are occupied and Les Terrasses brings thousands of workers back, sometime in the near future. Then there will likely be We/3 and the new tower in the Quebec Zibi plot built in the next five years.

Probably just a lack of foot traffic at the moment. The only time I see a notable amount of people going by is during the Tulip Festival. That will all change once the hospital is built.

Really fantastic project. I admire it every day when I drive by.
