I can see all of this happening at full build-out. Until then, not enough residents on site and not enough attractions to justify paying for parking/walking from Pimisi or Hull for non residents
So much artistic license with that entrance, but I find it comes off as 'Lipstick on a Pig' because of the drab and lazy CharcWhitiness of the rest of the building. Unfortunate.
Lots of demolition prep going on. This one is all but certain to go up soon, although they missed their 'Mid-2025' target. This will likely (temporarily) be the new tallest of the 'Queensway Skyline', taking the crown from Soba, which is already pretty prominent in that corridor at only 19 floors.
