    There is no such thing as concrete that's engineered to cool anywhere near as cold as -25. It has to be poured warm and then kept warm until it cures with blankets and/or tarps with heat under.

    I knew the old Ottawa Citizen plant wasn't long for this world. Great spot for TOD. A little annoying that so many of these proposals cap at 30s. I hope we don't see more RLArbage when the docs go up.
