Agreed. I had started to work on a sketch for this area a while ago. If assume another interprovincial crossing for trucks does get built, Nicholas and the associated on and off ramps could be removed and there would be soo much land here for development.

Confirmed just 2 levels of underground. It was cheaper to dig all the way to bedrock and backfill compared to using piles. That's why the whole is much deeper than it actually needs to be.

This is where the temporary community garden is at Parkdale and Scott. Not sure that I had actually ever seen any images of the proposed project.

Has there been any mention of where the additional site area is coming from? I assume the original 6 acres was parcel A2-4 from the master concept plan. I don't think just adding A1 would get them to 10. A5/A6 would make sense but it's on the other side of the Preston path/bridge/MUP extension.

I hope some of you eat your words when this is done haha.. This is going to be one of the best buildings in the national capital region.
